We are booked in a Tahaa OWB at Le Tahaa. I am going to request bungalow 40 or 39. Would these be a good choice? I'm hoping to be away from the boat dock and hopefully get some sort of a sunrise view. I know bungalows are only ever on request and not quaranteed.

I wouldn't worry about the boat dock. You won't even notice them because there are very few boats. 39 and 40 are WAY away from the dock anyway. We've stayed in Sunset 42 twice (next trip will be the third time) which is "across the road" from those two. Very isolated. When are you going?

We will be there November 10th to 14th. I'm a more of a sunrise view girl then a sunset view girl. Kinda strange considering at home I am NOT a morning person but in FP I am. How deep is the water around those bungalows?

I think most North Americans become morning people in FP because of the time change. And I expect most Australians & NZers become night owls!

The water is approx 1.5 metres deep - so easy enough to stand up in but you can swim as well. It is fairly shallow around all the bungalows at the resort.
We will miss you waterbaby, we are at Huahine 14-19 Nov, BB 19-24 Nov and over to Taha'a on 24 Nov for 6 nights - can't wait!!!

Sounds like the perfect depth. I remember at the BB Pearl in POWB #44 the water was only about waist deep. I think I'll request 40 or 39. We will be at the BB Nui while your on Huahine. Thanks.

OOOOOH. I love the Te Tiare. I've been there, but never to stay. I need more CFP's for that.
I'll be excited about your trip report.
