Just thought I'd post again as I'm bored at work and I can't wait to get back to FP. It will be our first time on Tahaa. Oh, another question. Will Le Tahaa put on mattress toppers if requested? I remember the Bora Bora Pearl beds being absolutely rock hard so we got a feather mattress topper put on.

waterbaby, we really can't complain about the beds at any resort during our last vacation but Pearl Resorts are known for their excellent service and Le Taha'a is another step up from that again.
Pretty much at Le Taha'a if you ask, you get:)

So if I asked for an elephant will they reply "African or Indian?". :) OMG, why are September and October so long? I keep wondering if we should add on dinner but figure will we really both eat an appy and dessert every night? Probably not worth it right?

Absolutely, I see you're getting the hang of it now:)
On our first visit there in 2006 we ran out of Tahitian Rum (OMG) and of course the little shop across the lagoon didn't have any. So Gary goes up to Eric (concierge) and says he needs to hire a scooter over on the mainland. Eric asks him why. Gary says, We've ran out of rum, you know the Tahitian rum, it's our favourite. Eric says, Is that all you need the scooter for, leave it with me.
20 minutes later here is Eric knocking at our bungalow door with two bottles of Tahitian Rum saying, I didn't know if you wanted white or dark rum so here's one of each!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Re the meal options, what have you got included with your package, breakfast only??
We always get the breakfast/dinner meal plan as it is usually pretty much part of our packages from Oz.
If you are only going to be eating a small meal at dinner IMO I would just order room service and share whatever you guys order between you. Seriously this place is soooooo relaxing that we didn't want to leave our bungalow to go up to the restaurant for dinner so we did room service several times.
From what I can recall they are charging approx $15US for room service delivery but it is worth it
