I'm sorry to hear of your situation! We just had to cancel two Air Tahiti separate reservations to Tikehau -- they will give you a choice of keeping the credit for up to a year to apply to a new ticket (same destinations), or refunding through the credit card and agency from whom you paid for the ticket. They charged us a 2500 cpf cancellation fee. I have a direct phone number to speak to a human (in English) -- email me if you need it!
