Good question and no idea, maybe they don't know themselves yet how they're gonna incorporate all of the announced changes, difficult to get info...

MOOREA FLIGHTS: Air Tahiti has decided to continue flights from Papeete VIA Moorea to Huahine, Raiatea and BB, the listed flights from Papeete to Moorea with no continuing destinations will be cancelled.
Anyone concerned should though re-confirm their flights, so G & C you may want to do that...

Probably, it is still hard to find out what is actually going on it has turned out that Air Tahiti is using the press to annonce flight cancelleations etc in order to force the government to financiallly support them... So best is to pick a flight that continues past Moorea, reserve that and have it confirmed...
