The number of tourists is pretty low so would not worry about that too much, BB and Moorea are more visited than Huahine and Taha'a though. Not sure what you mean by the "sea at Huahine not being impressive"...
Have a look at the Relais & chateau in Taha'a, or maybe Vahine island although that would mean you'd be away from the main islands in each location as the Thalasso is on a motu (= islet) and so are the R&C and Vahine island... meaning you'd be having a resort type vacation.
Now if "idealic" places are important, why not go Moorea 3 days(beautiful mountains and different from BB), Bora Bora 5 days (beautiful lagoon great for water activities/excursions) and then fly on to Tikehau for 3 (atoll, snorkling, Robinson Crusoe experience) or if you can 4 days... You then have 2 high islands and 1 atoll. Google and check the Tikehau Pearl resort and the Ninamu (private island intimite setting)
Don' want to confuse you but if you don't like Huahine, I somehow doubt you'd like Taha'a...
