Te Tiare has a new policy that has been in effect for a few months. If you are not staying there, you have to pay 500 (about 5 dollars) for the boat ride. In addition, you have to make lunch reservations where you will spend at least 2500 pp. (about $30)
Apparently, children were coming alone and staying and playing in the pool for the day.
