The Resorts of Moorea

The Moorea Pearl Resort, opened in July 2002, is situated at the old Bali Hai location on 21 acres of white sand beachfront and coconut grove. It is a short drive from arrival points on the island (5 mn from the airport and 10 from the boat landing) and two miles from the magnificient Cook's Bay.

Accommodation
This traditional Polynesian style hotel offers:
- Premium OverWater Bungalows, OverWater Bungalows, Deluxe Beach Bungalows, Beach Bungalows, Deluxe Garden Bungalows, Garden Bungalows and 30 Rooms & Family Suites located in a 2 storey building overlooking the property and the ocean beyond.

All bungalows are built in traditional Polynesian style and feature a sundeck and sitting area. The overwater bungalows have direct access to the water as well as glass tables for watching the fascinating sea life below. 

The Premium Overwater Bungalows have an open view of the ocean and are located on a coral shelf which offers very good snorkeling opportunities.

Each Deluxe Garden Bungalow features a small courtyard with its own private plunge pool to refresh you.

The hotel also has a large and beautiful infinity-style swimming pool and offers a wide range of activities and excursions.

The attractive open air restaurant and large cocktail bar overlooks the pool, beach, and lagoon and makes a lovely setting for drinks or dining.

Activities
No charge:  Snorkeling equipment, beach games, fitness center, board games, canoes, sea kayaks, swimming pool, windsurfing, tennis. Tahitian dance shows are presented weekly as well as local handi-craft and pareo tying demonstrations.

Extra Charge:  The hotel’s activities desk can arrange a large number of island excursions including lagoon tours, lagoon picnics on a motu, spa services,   jeep tours, hiking, deep sea fishing, scuba diving, sailing, car rental, bike rental, horseback riding, jet ski tours, shark feeding, sunset cruises, para-sailing, catamaran tours, and boat rentals.
